Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and there is a need to pivot. Out of mutual respect, we ask that all changes to appointments occur at minimum twenty-four (24) hours in advance. We will allow one grace reschedule out of kindness to each customer but beyond that you will be charged for a session if changes are within the twenty-four (24) hour period.
